Reflection: The Learning Record is an in-depth analysis of two English language learner students in my classroom. It demonstrates how I incorporated what I know about them from outside the classroom (their backgrounds, native language, families, context, strengths, weaknesses and interests) into the academic curriculum in order to better engage and support these two individual students.
