Reflection: There is no one-size-fits all approach to teaching that will reach all of your students. In order to effectively teach a lesson that engages all of your students, it is imperative that you incorporate individual student needs and differentiate instruction to provide extra support/challenge where necessary. This Bilingual Content Area Task is an excellent example of the specific steps I take to plan an effective lesson that accounts for the individual needs of my students.
